La Sagrada Familia cathedral in Barcelona is awe inspiring. It was designed by Gaudi, has been under construction since 1882 and is still being finished. There are amazing views at every turn, so I’ve just include a few to peak your interest.

Gallery 6 - La Sagrada Familia
Gaudi designed the columns to represent tree trunks and branches. The ceiling represents a forest canopy.
The stained glass wall is spectacular. No photo can do it justice, but I tried.
A wide angle view of the “foyer”, from the entry on the left to the exit on the right.
The exterior of the cathedral is covered in carvings. The detail and the amount of work involved is extraordinary.
